After you've chosen a program of your choice, now you simply need to email your documents to us.
Which documents do we need?
1. Scanned copy of your passport data page (It should be valid for at least 2 years at the point of entry into the Russian Federation)
2. Scanned copy of your Secondary School Certificate / BSc or MSc (if applicable) with transcripts.
On receipt of these documents, one of our consultants will get in touch with you and will guide you through the whole application procedure.
**Applications to study in the Russian Federation are received and processed every year from the 1st of January - 30th of October but we recommend you send in your documents early, as the number of seats allocated to foreigners in Russian state universities is quite limited.
3. You will receive your admission letter approximately 10 working days after submitting your documents. The admission letter confirms the reservation of slot for you at the university of your choice. An invoice will be sent alongside the admission letter and you should make the required payments 30 days after receipt of the invoice.
**Invitation letters are sent only after receipt of payment.
** Unlike several educational agencies, we sign a “one-time” payment agreement with our students, but we assist and guide them through the whole application period until their arrival in the Russian Federation.
VISA / TRAVEL
As soon as you get your admission letter, we apply to the Russian Federal Migration Office for an invitation letter. The invitation is necessary to obtain a study visa in any Russian embassy / consulate. The invitation will be issued within 30-45 days and then mailed to you via express mail.
Please note that the invitation will only be sent on receipt of the required payment as stated on the invoice.
Upon receipt of your invitation letter, you can apply for study visa at a Russian embassy / consulate in your country. The visa processing time is approximately 5 - 7 days.
We assist our students through the whole procedure of their visa application, ranging from getting the right documents, attestations and translation of documents, preliminary visa interview session to prepare students for the actual visa interview at the embassy / consulate.
Accommodation will be available for you before arrival and we also offer a pick-up service upon request of the student. (Flight details must be sent to us at least 1 week before arrival).
We will help you settle in your environment , register for your courses etc.
Student may arrive within following timeframe:
15th of September to 15th of November for Foundation course students
25th of August to 25th of October for courses taught in English or French
